School Sport at
the Olympic Centre
Sharjah Women’s Sports Olympic Centre opens its facilities to school students through an integrated sporting experience that allows them to explore different sports, take part in hands-on activities, and engage with training and competition pathways beyond the everyday school environment.
This experience forms part of Sharjah Women’s Sports’ efforts to strengthen the presence of sport within schools, expand participation, and identify students’ sporting interests and abilities through school visits, sports days, school-based initiatives, and competitions that move students from discovery to practice and development.
School Visits & Sports Days
School visits and sports days give students the opportunity to explore the Centre’s facilities and experience a range of individual sports within a safe and specialized environment, encouraging them to discover new disciplines and build a positive connection with sport from an early age.
School-Based Initiatives
The Centre hosts training stages and activities linked to school-based initiatives delivered by Sharjah Women’s Sports, allowing students to benefit from specialized sports facilities and take part in structured experiences that support skill development and continued participation.
School Competitions
The Centre’s facilities provide a dedicated setting for school competitions and sports events, helping assess performance progress, encourage a spirit of challenge, and highlight students’ sporting abilities within a motivating competitive environment.
